Version 2, 2008

  • All-Seeing Eye of Providence showing we are always on the watch, ready to respond at a moment's notice.

  • Sword of Strength and Truth and the Wings of Vigilence indicating we never waver in our devotion to our fellow man.

  • POW-MIA watch tower with the number "16" in the top to indicate one of our own, John Roberts, who was a POW in the Korean War. The "16" also represents his group who went behind enemy lines and destroyed MIG fighters that Russia had given China to wage war against the United States.

  • Showing our True and Moral Compass is our guide to the Core Values we represent as members of the United States Civil Air Patrol.

  • "Vires Per Scientia" (Strength Through Knowledge). This is the Motto we live by our promise to always continue to learn, and to always be prepared to serve our comunity, state and nation.
  • The patch design was authorized Winter 2007-08, and maufactured Spring/Summer 2008.
